A medium cherry colored wine. Intense and clean on the nose with violet candy tones and a spicy and floral background. It bursts onto the palate with an abundance of expressive blackberry and red licorice, displaying lovely soft tannins and juicy acidity which leads to a refreshing finish. Service Temperature: 10-12ºC
Its proper amount of tannins match well with certain tomato-based dishes such as ratatouille or gazpacho, and with many different dishes, such as stews, grilled meats, spicy foods and light, mild cheeses.
