Bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant, fresh and of great intensity of fruit, citrics and balsamic notes. The palate is broad, sweet and refreshing. Ideal to pair with all types of baked fish and fish, as well as shellfish and fresh cheese. Service temperature: From 8 to 10 ºC.

Traditional and careful processing. After a careful fermentation the wine remains in deposits for its total stabilization during 12 months.
