Must of Verdejo and Gewürztraminer grapes partially fermented. The fermentation it is interrupted early with cold. The result is a pleasant refreshing drink with fine bubbles
Greenish yellow colour. On the nose it is intense, with fresh notes of white flowers, orange blossom, along with hints of green fruit and a background of tropical notes.
On the palate it is fresh, unctuous and round, due to the natural sugar it contains, and balance with acidity.
Ideal as an aperitif to accompany cheeses, pastas and desserts.
About the Winery
The Winery is located in Rioja Alta, in the valley of Bajo Najerilla. It has over 1100H of own vineyards around Alesón, Arenzana de Abajo, Arenzana de Arriba, Badarán, Baños de Río Tobía, Bezares, Boadilla, Camprovín, Cárdenas, Manjarrés, Nájera and Tricio.
