4 x Valdeoliva Tinto from Castilla y León is an elegant and harmonious young red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Produced by Covitoro, this wine has a predominantly fruity character typical of the variety. With 14.5% ABV, it is classified as Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León and offers a smooth and approachable style that is ideal for everyday enjoyment. 2 x Faustino Rivero Tinto Joven Rioja DOC is a pleasant young red wine made from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes. Bright and vivid in appearance with purple and red tones, it shows intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and wild berries on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and enjoyable, with the red fruit notes continuing in the retronasal phase. With 13.5% ABV, it is best served between 10–14°C and pairs perfectly with red meats, game, stews, casseroles, cured or semi-cured cheeses, and oily fish. 2 x Marino Cepeda Verdejo from Castilla y León is an unaged white wine produced from the Verdejo grape by Bodegas Verdes. Bright yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it offers elegant aromas with great intensity of fruit, citrus and balsamic notes. On the palate it is broad, slightly sweet and refreshing. With 12.5% ABV, it is ideal to pair with baked fish, seafood and fresh cheeses. Best served between 8–10°C. 4 x Hermelo Prosecco DOC Extra Dry pours a bright straw yellow colour with greenish hints. The nose is pleasant and fruity with good intensity, while the palate is fresh, pleasant and harmonious. Served best between 7–9°C, it makes an ideal aperitif and pairs well with appetisers, white meats and fish.
