A sold-wood holder.
San Jamón supplies the cutting utensils from the famous Cuperinox factory in Albacete. The shape of the cutting blade, long, thin, narrow and sharp, allows for close cutting. The flexibility will allow you to follow the shape of the ham. A wood handle adds an elegant touch. Please exercise extreme caution when using the knife!
