Three items included:
Serrano ham: 6.8-7.2 kilos. Aged: 20 months. Best used within six weeks of receiving, but will keep for up to six months. The jamón Serrano comes from domesticated white pigs. It is slightly saltier than Iberian pork, but the pork that makes this ham is of such high quality, it is often mistaken for Iberian ham. Animals are fed an all-vegetarian diet.
